Base ball caps must be worn forwards or backwards? Obviously I'm so out of it.
There are so many rules that it almost looks like dressing for church.
I believe the dress code is intended to discourage gang members who are present from identifying themselves as such. I believe it's an issue in public spaces in many of the larger urban areas. But how /are/ you supposed to wear your baseball cap? They've got me on that one.
